Phillip Van Dyke (June 13, 1984) was former American actor as third voice of the main character Arnold Shortman from Hey Arnold Seasons 2.
He played Luke in both Halloweentown and Halloweentown II: Kalabar's Revenge which are both released in 1998 and 2001.
